Reflection on What 06JAN2021 Was PLUS Anticipation of 2021+ is Good News

[the short clip above shows how unarmed protestors “stormed” through US Capitol police in an act of “insurrection” and “revolt” as part of an organized “coup” – (note, this is sarcasm)]

Those of us who can critically think, already have, and have come to the conclusion that the events of 06JAN2021 at the US Capitol were intended to make a voice for FAIR ELECTIONS heard. The thousands of people that left the White House for the one mile walk to the US Capitol building knew that the discussion around the way especially the battleground states conducted their elections was about to take place. The objective was to protest AT the US Capitol, only agitators whose identities will never be known except by government and deep state itself used this opportunity to entice “protestors” (both Trump supporters and Antifa) into the building itself to briefly disrupt the proceedings and ultimately make the GOVERNMENT the victim.

MSM, Silicon Valley, CEOs across the US and Democrats PLUS Republicans (I just stuttered, as Dems = GOP essentially, parasites of the people) proceeded to call this an insurrection and a revolt or a coup.

In what world does unarmed, unorganized, everyday people who take a few beers, take a few smokes and break a few windows make up some elite driven (coup) or military-style (insurrection)?

A coup attempt includes illegal and overt attempts by the military or other elites within the state apparatus to unseat the sitting executive.

Only in the brains of those what want to promote that the government was victimized by what Schumer calls a “Pearl Harbor”.

Please. The definitions that leftists use these days makes it impossible to even discuss things logically. Their minds are made up by the sources of information they adsorb each day without using even one brain cell. This is the perfect specimen for the types of people Marxists and Communists LOVE to rule!

But I digress.

Y’all know what really happened, and future generations you will be able to  enlighten with the truth when they read you what their history books say. But for now, it is imperative that we anticipate what the road is like ahead and prepare for this, not just physically, but most importantly mentally!

Karen Kwiatkowski, Ph.D. [send her mail], is a retired USAF lieutenant colonel, farmer and aspiring anarcho-capitalist who ran for Congress in Virginia’s 6th district in 2012. She shared an article today on Lew Rockwell that I will use as the basis for a look ahead.

I am sure you noticed in the title that I consider this good news. Maybe that is the rebel (one who goes to the root) in me that understands the events of the last 4 years, the last 20 years, (and in my mind the last 223 years since the Coup d’etat of the US Constitution ruined this federated republic) and especially the last 9 months have opened the eyes of millions of people to the true nature of their government. This organization, this criminal organization is not your friend but it cloaks itself as the safety net cradle to grave for everyone who finds themselves victims of life. Yep, unfair life is resolved by an ever powerful government nanny/daddy that can make it all better. What a fairy tale, but it is one that is believed by a huge swath of people who see “democracy” as their God. (suggested reading is Hans-Hermann Hoppe’s “Democracy; the God that Failed“)

Now that the GOP has been revealed as the other wing of the same bird to the Democrat party, and that this former federated republic has completed the transition to being a democracy, well on its way through socialism towards totalitarianism (Marxism/Communism), the 70M Donald Trump voters can really understand their plight in this Democrat-run diversity and inclusion environment that operated under their rules.

In reflection of 06JAN2021 Karen offers:

It wasn’t insurrection, despite endless repetitions to that effect by mainstream and left wing media.  Insurrection means, “an act or instance of rising in revolt, rebellion, or resistance against civil authority or an established government.”  What we saw was not a revolt – marchers intended to influence an upcoming actions and decisions by the Congress and the Vice President.  It was not a rebellion – marchers went to the accepted headquarters of the legislature to influence them, not to replace or destroy them, or steal their stuff.  With the possible exception of the unarmed physical breaching of the facility by a tiny portion of the far larger crowd of demonstrators, there was no resistance to any civil authority or any established government.

If this action had taken place with force of arms, after the Senate and House had accepted the disputed electoral votes submitted by the state legislatures, in an attempt to reverse the decision or take over government, we could call it an insurrection.  For those of us watching from the safety of our living rooms, the show of strength of so many Trump supporters, people who more importantly do not trust government, whether it be made up of Republicans or Democrats, was impressive.  One imagines that such energy and civil disobedience could be effective in coming years, and one day we could see actual popular insurrections occurring all over the country.  But that didn’t happen on January 6th.

Yes. If the snowflakes that listened to MSM say this event was an “insurrection”, these same people will soak their Depends if they see real insurrections in the coming months and years. If this seems like Pearl Harbor to them, I am not sure how they will describe coming events.

The very fact that we can count on the Democrat-Ruling Elite leadership to pull out all the stops to make up for lost time during the Trump years will mean that their actions will most certainly be over-the-top and come with HUGE unintended consequences. THIS is the good news. A federal government can’t even run a whore-house for profit, so you can count on it to be the biggest thing that kills it from the inside. The promise of trillions of dollars alone to the people who have demanded “free stuff” will have consequences of the global market for sure.

Karen continues:

We are learning that the deep state, with its real right and left wings, the status quo, the tax- and power-enriched bureaucratic government class, is beyond frightened of the cynical populist population it seeks to control, to rule, to surveil, and to eventually consume. We are learning that they know that their quiver is empty, their knives are dull, and they are bereft of leadership, and without heroes.

The rhetoric used tells us that the elites are close to sharting their pants. With this they will get even more desperate one they have total control the US government on 20JAN2021.

Half the country probably has some economic sense and yet they also cashed their Covid checks, and will continue to do so!  In fact, they may demand more of them – and my goodness, how could things have gotten this out of whack, and out of control?  The End the Fed movement, started by Ron Paul so long ago, and even once espoused by Trump himself, is being accelerated as the next administration seeks to pay back and solidify their “half” of the country, all of their elite supporters, and the Trump crowd too.  “Buying the vote” no longer works –  everyone is getting “free money” now, thanks to the those mating porcupines known as Trump and Anti-Trump.  We like it, we expect it, and Biden-Harris not only promised more, much more, they had absolutely no choice in the matter.  Imagine, Biden wakes up on January 20th (I know, right?) and decides all this money printing is going to be the death of the United States, and we need to bite the bullet. Instead, government central banks will collapse this country, and others, and in due course, themselves.  The instability of this situation will dog the next administration every day, and create impossible situations.  With half the voters so distrustful of Washington that they pulled a “January 6th” and another 30% of the population refusing to participate in the electoral scam at all, it won’t be pretty.  We are becoming hard to “govern,” and impossible to pay off.

While Karen talks about bribery personal welfare, consider the corporate welfare entities as well that will be at the government tit. This road the US has been on since 1787, since 1865, since 1913 that is unsustainable, is about to run out. Therefore the good news:

Elite panic is all we are hearing and seeing on mainstream media. The logarithmic explosion of memes, articles, audio and video all questioning, challenging, ridiculing, and laughing at the government as a class is our new politics. It’s shallow, it’s reactive, and it produces cynical angry men and women, not statesmen. Thanks to the wonderful world we live in, that anger leads some of those cynical and angry people into the territory of new ideas, and builds a new awareness of both history and future possibilities. For every misunderstood marxist, we also get one agorist, a constitutionalist, a future member of the “Leave Me Be” Party, and a couple of people whose profiles say “loves chickens, gardening and making my own bread.” There is very little room in the future for parasitic elites telling us to sit down, shut up and do what we are told.

Grassroots I tell you. Americans in crisis can be extremely innovative and can find ways in and around a strangling government. Think 1765, ten years before Concord and Lexington.

What do people have to do? Prepare physically, yes. Connect to like-minded in the local community, yes. But prepare and encourage one-another mentally may be the core of what is needed in the near-term now that the Democrats have fast-tracked the collapse of the US Empire.

Peace out

The Violence and Revolution of 1776 and 1865, Was it Necessary to Secure Liberty and Freedom for All?

Those of us that treasure the principles of liberty and freedom for all will have some very difficult choices in the days, weeks and months ahead. Knee-jerk reactions will have to be avoided as critical thinkers think through the consequences of possible decisions, not just the initial consequences, but the second and third tier consequences as well (something all political types are ignorant about). Unintended consequences of good intentions are still a problem. The end does NOT justify the means.

An article published today by Tom Luongo of Gold, Goats and Guns website challenges the conservitives of today to avoid the trap that the elites have laid out that was highlighted by this Brandon Smith (Alt-Market) quote:

To be clear, what I believe is happening is that conservatives are being prodded and provoked, not to separate and organize but to centralize. I think they want us to support actions like martial law which would be considered totalitarian. Conservatives, the only stalwart defenders of civil liberties, using military suppression and abandoning the Bill of Rights to maintain political power? That is a dream come true for the globalists in the long term. And despite people’s faith in Trump, there are far too many banking elites and globalists within his cabinet to ensure that such power will not be abused or used against us later.

Tom rightly responds:

Nothing would give Klaus Schwab and The Davos Crowd [moneyed global elites] more pleasure than turning us into them — willing to use indiscriminate violence to push otherwise humble and decent people into crazed killers and repudiate their inherent meekness, their inherent desire to pursue their bliss, allowing everyone else that same courtesy.

Principles people! Politics is NEVER a good answer. Fight the good fight using the Golden Rule even if it looks tough and shortcuts look appealing.

Part of the problem is that a vast majority of over 70M people who voted for Trump still believe in the Mythology of America. America as mythology has always stood as the ‘shining house on the hill’ for this enlightened idea that the wishes of the individual pursuing his bliss creates the community and culture which lifts the world out of a less attractive reality. This is why the US destroyed Iraq and Libya, which were each enjoying their own version of success to bring about US democracy, which left them in fractured states decades later, producing many dead innocent men, women and children, reducing Christian influence in these regions and causing many to be refugees, leaving their ancestral homelands of centuries.

That America has been dead since before the myth was birthed. In reality, the 1776 revolution brought HIGHER taxes and more central tyranny to this land than the Brits had even dreamed of. The 1865 reaction to a peaceful secession forever removed the sovereign states as a barrier to full blown federal tyranny, which is the prime reason we are seeing what we have now.

So we have all been taught a myth .. and now we have to critically think about our real options now that the myth has been shown to be a lie.

Tom laments:

What if the mythology of America today has these two wars backwards? What if all the conservatives mourning the Constitution today thanks to a feckless Supreme Court and treasonous Congress have it all wrong? What if the America they mourn the death of today died in 1865 not 2020?

Would that America still be worth finally fighting a bloody civil war for? Because that’s what The Davos Crowd is daring Donald Trump to do.

What if the better response is to do what the South tried to do and failed.

Simply walk away and say, “No more.”

Because fighting the bloody war of all against all, becoming raving fascists rising up to stop the rapacious (and economically backwards) communists in the process is always the wrong option.

Secession is always an option. Opting out of the hyper-collectivizing impulses of in-group/out-group bias is always the right choice. They want us to throw the first punch, to lash out, fire first out of fear, c.f. Fort Sumter, to justify their brutality afterwards.

Something to ponder on for sure.

Peace out.

Give Me Liberty, or Give Me Unemployment Checks – The “Union/Empire” Wanes

Confederate Constitution acknowledging God!

After a month away from this blog, I looked back at my last thoughts on this attempt by politics to hijack this virus scare:

Will our existing political class figure this out? Not a chance.

Will voting help? Not a chance.

The US still has the USPS and Amtrak, if they can be trusted with little things, you can safely say they can’t be trusted with MAJOR things.

This nation will have to split into many smaller republics before any of this can be addressed.

Whoever can be trusted with small things can also be trusted with big things. Whoever is dishonest in little things will be dishonest in big things too. – Luke 16:10 (Bible)

Is there any doubt by those that can critically think that our political apparatus from DC to the state’s governors and to the large (and small) city mayors are not full of want-to-be tyrants and sociopaths? When one follows the money, it gets even more immoral as the political class (BOTH sides of the so-called aisle) want to be re-elected so bad that they were all willing to place a big old pacifier in the mouths of millions of let go workers so that 65% or more would receive more weekly income than they had prior to this crisis. This is indeed immoral since to entice people to sit on their couches in their homes in time will lead to lives without any purpose. Life on the government plantation has ruined other cultures like the American Indian and the African American groups in the USA. This is how you emasculate the male population towards a purposeless life as government becomes both nanny and daddy.

But I digress. We should be in better position today to see the federal and state governments for what they really are. This “union” has been poisoned for some time. In fits and starts one can see how the federal government opted to be the “safety net”, like somehow a “neutral” entity could care for our communities and societies better than the locals could. That this safety net could extend to big business so that there was no risk in forgoing savings and instead buy back stock shares to prop up the stock prices. So whether this is individual or corporate welfare, both are immoral as one robs some people of their money and uses it to its own agenda’s purpose picking winners and losers in the marketplace as well as in towns and cities and farms across this land.

The southern states endured the reallocation of their taxed and tariff-ed economies from at least the War of 1812 up until the so-called Civil War (War Against Southern Independence). The South attempted to be “above-board” with their last ditch effort to save themselves from economic ruin by legally seceding (at first only 7 states) from this “union” (marriage). But Lincoln would not have his cash cow as a next-door free-trade zone, so he labeled it an “insurrection” and used George Washington’s illegal put down of the Whiskey Rebellion (25% tax thanks to Alexander Hamilton, so how bad was King George for wanting 3%?) as a template for saving the union.

This HAS to sound familiar right? The whole US government (in parallel to so many other governments) is trying to “save” us from Covid-19 while actually killing society and communities in the process. From 1861-1865 the “union” lost about 800,000 lives. What will the final death count be for the Covid-19 response by 2024 when the unintended consequences of good intentions has run its course with suicides, PTSD, mental health issues from the economic fallout AFTER the unemployment checks run out (now slated for 31JUL2020 but many want this extended to 31DEC2020)?

Smaller republics are the only answer that makes sense. Not existing state lines, although that would be a start, but republics that have like-minded people geographically grouped so that government reach can be minimized for liberty folks and maximized for totalitarian minded folks.

Reflecting on the course of what the southern states sailed can be very helpful. Sure they were not perfect and should have jettisoned chattel slavery at the very start (although this would have upset both white and black slaveholders) and compensating these owners with hard currency.

Consider what the Confederate government learned in the 80 years under the US Constitution.

  1. That unlike the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation which BOTH had God, our Creator, as whom we derived our natural rights from, the US Constitution written in 1787 failed to give such indication as its North Star
  2. That the US Constitution failed to protect the people from the 1798 Alien and Sedition Act that made it a crime to criticize the US Government.
  3. That the US Constitution failed to protect various regions of the land from the plundering ambitions of other region’s agenda and greed.
  4. That the US Constitution’s Supreme Court hijacked the ability of the states to determine which laws were unconstitutional.

It is the last point that is highlighted in this article from Abbeville Institite here. I do think it is the proper time to consider what real justice is these days and know how much a failure this a-political Supreme Court has been.

Although the Court would increasingly try to narrow the realm of States Rights, Madison [author of the US Constitution] denied that “the Federal judiciary” was the ultimate judge of such limits because it was the people of the states themselves who were the final authority.

It was in fact the US Government’s (called General government in those days, now labeled the Federal Government) over-reach that set-off a push back politically:

The conflict became obvious when President John Adams pushed through the 1798 Sedition Act, making it a crime to speak ill of the President or Congress. Since it was harshly enforced for some of the mildest criticisms, strict constructionists respond. Among them was future President James Madison who is known as the Father of the Constitution. He denied that the Supreme Court was the ultimate authority on States Rights. This can be seen from the 1798 Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions he helped write with Thomas Jefferson condemning the Sedition Act as unconstitutional.

Jefferson’s presidential victory in 1800 guaranteed that the 1798 Alien and Sedition Act would be eliminated, but by 1833 things were simmering again. By this stage of the republic’s life the South was losing its position as being a strong entity within this federation and saw New England culture and character make huge inroads into the federal government’s choosing of winners (railroads, canals and the steel industry) over losers in the marketplace:

Calhoun would build upon the Resolutions to formulate his nullification theory that South Carolina invoked in 1833 to nullify the 1828 Tariff of Abominations. Calhoun argued that the tariff was not uniform in terms of geographic economic impact and therefore unconstitutional. When the Federal Government crossed over constitutional lines, a state could take action as the final authority of constitutionality in its borders, not the Supreme Court. All states could only be forced to conform to such a law by passing a new amendment specifically making it constitutional.

This “one-size-fits-all” approach (sound familiar?) is a recipe for disaster, for just as all individuals are different, so too are the states.

The Supreme Court early on made a huge mistake that made it necessary to add an 11th amendment in 1795 when the US Constitution was less than ten years old:

When a 1793 Supreme Court ruling held the state of Georgia at fault in a suit brought by a South Carolina resident, Georgia denied the Court’s jurisdiction. After the adverse ruling ten other states joined Georgia to ratify a new (11th) Amendment specifying that individuals outside an applicable state could not sue that state without the state’s permission. The Amendment’s prompt ratification indicates a widespread belief that the Court was unexpectedly and quickly overstepping its authority.

Now you know why the Confederate government opted NOT to have a supreme court at least initially. Lesson learned.

Now it is our turn to learn from history and push for a government that is more commensurate to the people’s desire of liberty, freedom and self responsibility .. at least in certain geographical regions of this land we call America.

Peace out.

After the Unintended Consequences, It is Hard to Reverse Good Intentions

30 years into this policy there are finally some politicians that are stating the obvious. Immigration is one thing, an invasion is something entirely different.

Kasselstrand believes this is the only way to solve Sweden’s problems:

“It’s not enough for a restrictive immigration policy. It is not enough to want to stop immigration. In order to solve the major societal problems in Sweden, one has to dare to talk about re-immigration. And not on a small one, but on a large-scale,” he said.

The AfS leader wants all residence permits since the year 2000 to be re-examined. According to him the much larger right-wing Social Democrats do not dare to address this subject.

For Kasselstrand integration has been a total failure.

When sustainability depends on the “immigrants” to add value to society, one has to be able to predict that at the “interview” stage.

It was much easier in the 1600s – 1800s when immigrants had to produce value or die … these days it is the attraction of “free stuff” that is predominant. Eventually, users outnumber producers of value and everyone suffers.

On has to be able to project into the long-term, how would your children or grand-children deal with the fallout of your decisions today?
